Anyone using road tires on their diverge? Trying to join a group ride mostly road riders (sort of my level). What would be a good tire to catch up on….
I cannot recommend putting 650B x 47mm tires on this bike because your pedals would get destroyed by constantly hitting the rocks. Fortunately, you don’t need wider tires to feel comfortable on this bike, and that’s the beauty of it.
28 mar 2023 · The Elite Disc wheelset has carbon rims for a pacey ride, these are built onto proprietary hubs. Tires are Specialized Pathfinder Sport, 700x38c non-tubeless.
If you don't go off road often, give the conti gp5000 in 32mm a try. I commute on them 10 months a year through Boston and they are more durable than they get credit for. In 4,000 miles I've had maybe 3 punctures and two pinch flats.
