This error code states that you’re viewing content outside of your region or the content you’re looking for isn’t available yet. Error code 11 boils down to a rights/access or availability problem affecting films and series that would generally be accessible on the streaming platform.
To fix this problem, check the following: Do a search within Disney+ for the title you want to watch. If it doesn’t show up, it’s not available in your region/country. If you’ve recently been on holiday, be sure to logout and back into Disney+ to reset what region your in.
Don't download the app as the website suggests, but select the "desktop version" or "browser version" (forgot what the exact wording was) from the settings you can open from the upper right corner of your Android's Chrome.
