The BBB had reviews that showed multiple people victims of the scam. Although not a BBB accredited business I filed a complaint with the BBB and received a full refund from the scam company a week before my card company sent me the paperwork to file a claim about the charge.
I immediately cancelled the order, but they said they shipped it already. Pulled up a tracking number they said was already shipped, although the weight of the object was a few ounces, and not 65lbs. Contacted Amazon, and reviewed the details, they believed it was fraud, and refunded my money.

Great prices, great coffee, terrible communication! I've been a customer for several years now. I love the Temple Bar espresso blend, and the prices can't be beat. However, the last couple of times when I've emailed customer service with questions, I've never even gotten a reply.
I recently found my new favorite coffee "Koffee Kult" which is pretty freakin good. All the coffees listed on that site are all sold at Amazon, so it's perfect for stocking up in your PJ's!
Ordered from Discount Coffee several times now and always had a great experience. Extremely good quality coffee beans for the price and delivery is usually reliable. Once had an issue with slow delivery but their customer service team were very helpful, despite it being the courier's fault.
