For me, the key to any of these workouts is going at your own pace and using weights that work for you. I love Sydney Cummings because I like the form cues, but any of the others listed here can be made harder or easier by changing your intensity.
Program List. Focus on strength and sculpting mixed with high intensity cardio. Each workout combines two of the following 3 elements: strength (heavy weights), sculpt (lighter weights w/ more burn), sweat (high intensity cardio). Core strength, unilateral strength, stability and endurance.
