14 mar 2023 · Connect the ethernet cable to the back of the Genie and connect to the router or gateway connected to your home internet service. Press MENU on your remote. Select Settings > Internet Setup > Connect Now. If you're reconnecting to the internet, select Test Connection.

If you use Wi-FI ®, confirm you’re connected to your home network. If you’re not connected, learn how to fix connection issues. Check internet speed. Weak internet signals can cause streaming issues. Make sure you have the suggested internet speeds. Find manufacturer support.
