The larger one is near 105F. Self-contained camping units only*. Vault toilets are located across the street from Hot Spring North. Onsite dumpster.

Every year, thousands of visitors come and enjoy the natural beauty and recreational opportunities offered at BLM's Long Term Visitor Areas (LTVAs), where visitors can camp for as long as seven months. The Hot Springs LTVA is known for it's historic and still active hot spring attracting both local and winter visitors.

What makes Hot Springs so cool is a fully developed hot spring located within the LTVA. The hot spring remains free for anyone, and you can expect to find a few stragglers that come in from nearby Holtville and El Centro.
