23 lis 2023 · The Genie controls the Minis, so by having a dedicated receiver you get 2 tuners and its own processing power. That can help with part of the problem. However if you have the Genie-2 (HS17) than you are out of luck. That forbids recievers/HDDVRs.

16 kwi 2020 · Residential directv support cannot assist with the facility, only commercial DIRECTV support. Try contacting someone at your mother’s facility to ask about the directv dealer. If no response, you can call actual directv business support at 800-388-2505.
