Here are some of my tips and tricks from many years of experience wearing in public. I'll break this down into two parts; inner wear and outter wear. Inner wear: Onsie - This is your best bet it conseals you completely and you dont have to worry about showing the tops of your diaper when you lift your arm up or bend over.
