Generally, its unwise to stay in the same diaper for more than about 10 hours and most folks I know who are 24/7 change every 8 hours or so, give or take. A common schedule for me is 8 AM, 3 PM, and midnight.
So on days when I only used 2 diapers, they were both usually either abdl or medical diapers, and on days with 3+ at least one diaper was almost always a pull-up. I’ve already started keeping a more accurate record of this for next year’s stats!
Advice: Find a standard dia[er you like. Wearing ABDL diapers 24/7 is expensive, so I settled on Seni Super Plus, which work well and are relatively cheap and also ship in 2 days with Prime. Change in time to avoid leaks and take care of your skin. And above all, don't worry too much.

Being in diapers for long periods, up to 24/7, has a number of pros and cons associated with it, along with some options ABDLs should consider.
