14 lip 2009 · No problem with that answer. But there is a problem hidden behind it: Dial bore gauges have a travel of 0.5 or 1 mm. If you buy a set of ring gages to fit every possible diameter (16 to 150 mm for that set), you could also buy 3 point inside micrometers and save a lot of money.

3 lut 2023 · I have recently had my dial bore gauges and indicators sent for calibration in the national metrology centre. And the results were pretty funny. Sent in different brands, one new, two used dial bore gauges, and one new, one used dial indicator and a bunch of digital micrometers.
