Anywhere there's a computer capable of running D3 you can just plug and play, and you'll find all your characters/settings/keybindings intact.

Download and install the Blizzard Battle.net desktop app. Log into the Blizzard Battle.net desktop app. Click the Diablo III icon on the left side of the app. Click Install. Note: If you have a physical copy of the game and need to download a digital copy, make sure you redeem the game key.
