Starting with RedSn0w 0.9.14b2, you can now restore your device and force it into DFU mode using the DFU IPSW option in the Extras > Even more > options. By pointing to a stock firmware file, you can create a firmware that will place your device into DFU mode after a restore with iTunes.
Open the F3arRa1n tool. Press "Toolbox" in the "Workspace" area. Press "DFU Mode Assistant" (It is mandatory to use it, or the process will not work). Follow all the steps shown and get the Device into DFU Mode. Press "Checkra1n" in the "Jailbreak/Exploit" area. Wait for the Device to start completely. Done! Checkra1n Jailbreak completed.
