When using YoutubeTV, the audio and video are out of sync all of the time. I am at the point where I'm ready to throw this in the trash and move to a different device. I used to use the Tivo Stream 4K, but trashed that because of almost exactly the same problem.
So in my Sony TV I had this issue where you played any YouTube video and the audio was delayed, totally out of sync. I disabled/ changed settings to other options available of two options: Dolby plus and Clearaudio something, and it actually fixed the issue.

The shortcuts for audio syncing in Potplayer are: Shift + >: to speed up audio 0.05 second. Shift + <: to slow down audio 0.05 second. Shift + /: to reset audio sync.
