The third suspect charged with capital murder in the death of Desmond Davis has been captured, Philadelphia Police said Saturday night. Eighteen-year-old Marlon Boyd was taken into custody Saturday evening by the Meridian Police Department.

Two people, Brandon Goodin, 21, of Philadelphia, and Shianne White, 21, of Union were apprehended as suspects in the shooting.
11 gru 2023 · Desmond Lamont Davis, 33, of Martinsburg, was sentenced to life in prison after being convicted of malicious assault. He was sentenced to another five years on a conspiracy charge. Both sentences were ordered to be run concurrently and he will be eligible for parole after serving 15 years.
