If using protect from melee on task: proselyte/monks robes, prayer bonus will save you more and is more efficient then +4/+6 strength. It doesn’t stack with the Obsidian armor because you need the helmet, but it does stack with Berserker necklace.
Depends tbh, if you are going for efficient Slayer exp I would extend Dust Devils, Nechs,Kalphites, Smoke Devils, and Bloodvelds. All those tasks are what will give you most of your Slayer exp. I don't remember if you can extend Smoke or Kalphites, but if you can, extend them.
