Our swim lessons are the perfect way to introduce members of all ages to water in a safe and supportive environment. Swim lessons are based on skill level to ensure that all participants learn water safety and swimming skills at the appropriate difficulty.
Practice Schedules – South Des Moines Seahawks. Practices are Monday-Saturday each week of season. Swimmers should attend the practice time they registered for in advance of season. Current Season is Winter 2019-20 Roster. Practice Days & Times. Novice/Intermediate Swimmers. Tues/Thurs 6:00-7:00PM & Sat 11:30AM-12:30PM OR.
