Through your profile you should also be able to download the current installer without having to use Native Access--at least you used to be able to. I had to do that back before Kontakt 6 was released as NA wouldn't install a Kontakt update properly.

2 sty 2010 · Is there still a download for Kontakt 4? My Native Instrument account provides a link to download the latest 4 update (4.2.4). But, it gives me the error message: "No previous installation found. Please run the full product installer before running this update installer."
20 cze 2018 · Log into your account on the NI website -> My account -> All downloads -> Updates for older products -> type "Kontakt" into the search bar -> Voila, previous updates to download. Maybe you can just download the update to the previous version.
