Demri Lara Parrott(February 22, 1969 - October 29, 1996) was best known for her relationship with Layne Staley, the singer of rock band Alice in Chains. Parrott was born in Bremerton, Washington to Kathleen Austin and Dennis Dougherty on February 22, 1969.
