  1. I actually did enjoy Season 6 in the beginning. But the further it went along, the more I disliked it, particularly for story reasons. My first issue was the explanation for how Sam escaped from the cage. It took an army of angels to free Dean, but it took just one angel to free Sam from the most intensely guarded part of hell?

  2. The angels very, very rarely left Heaven. It's implied they hadn't been on Earth since biblical times. In S4E1, the demon in the restaurant is absolutely terrified of em. So whenever angels did show up, they kicked demon ass straight back to Hell.

  4. I'm on the fourth season of Supernatural and I just realized I didn't know what demons/angels actually look like when not possessing people. I don't know if it's explained in later seasons, but right now I'm just confused.

  5. As someone that loves SPN but tired of the angels vs demons (especially the angels), I would recommend seasons 6 and 7. Season 6 is basically one big monster hunt and season 7’s main arc is about a very specific (and new) kind of monster.

  6. By the time the later seasons started demons had a whole bunch of opportunities to be set free. Meg even mentioned climbing out. I also think they're clumsy because it's the first time fighting one, even John hadn't fought demons until the showdown so he didn't teach them either.

  7. It would’ve been really cool to have a demon on Sam and Dean’s side since it was kinda boring(?) once we find out that most of the people in Sam’s life were demons (teachers/friends). And I definitely agree with connecting with the show more now that I’m rewatching as an adult.
