The Dell U2414H was an impressive screen and it seemed Dell have done a great job in offering a strong all-round performer. We liked the new design and ultra-thin bezel which gave the whole display a sleek and modern feel.
5 mar 2018 · The Dell U2414H utilizes a 24-inch IPS panel from LG with a 1920 x 1080 resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, and 8ms response time. A 250cd/m2 WLED backlight provides just the right amount of brightness for most uses, although we would have preferred a longer range for calibration purposes.

U2414H, U2417H, U2419H are all 24” 16:9 1080p panels I believe - the 2 numbers before the H are just the year they became available for sale. There are some Dell 16:10 displays that can be a bit better for productivity and web browsing, but 16:9 suits gaming and watching videos a bit more.
