If you’re unable to boot with the Legacy boot and, for some reason, need to avoid UEFI, our first suggestion is to disable both RAID and Secure boot in boot settings. Once you’ve done that, reboot your PC and try booting again.
Boot up your PC from the Easy Recovery Essentials CD or USB you created. Once EasyRE is running, choose the “Automated Repair” option and click Continue. After EasyRE scans your computer’s drives, identify and select the drive letter for your Windows installation from the list, and then click on the Automated Repair button to begin.

The motherboard recognizes the C drive since it shows in BIOS setup as expected. Downloaded and plugged in Windows 10 Installation Media into USB. Tried to "repair Windows".
7 sty 2022 · In the BIOS of the Dell desktop in question, under the Boot Menu, there is no option to enable legacy Boot. The system is by default booting in UEFI, and you can disable Secure Boot, but nothing is available in regards to Legacy Boot options.
