I have an iPhone that got stuck in an bootloop so I went into recovery mode. After connecting the iPhone to my pc and then trying to restore it with iTunes the iPhone will go to restore itself but then just a tiny bit before it’s apparently finished, the error 9 warning occurs in iTunes.
