8 kwi 2024 · Remove an email account from Outlook. Step 1: Launch the Outlook app. Step 2: Perform a right click on an email account in the left pane (refer to the picture below) and then click the Manage account option.
Find the account you want to delete, and then beside the account name, select Manage. Select the Remove option. You can select to remove the account from this device or all devices.
7 mar 2024 · When you select “Add Account”, you need to click on “Create an Oulook.com email account”. Then exit out of the window. Suddenly some more options pop up at the bottom of the window. Select “Advanced Setup”. Continue to add your account through IMAP and use an app specific password.

If you wish to delete the email account entirely, you'll need to do so through your email provider's website settings, administrative panel or customer service.
