15 kwi 2021 · The perception of person–organization (PO) fit, defined as “the compatibility between individuals and organizations” (Kristof, 1996, p. 3), has been widely researched and supported as a determinant of employees’ attitudes (Straatmann et al., 2020) and behaviors (Hoffman & Woehr, 2006).
'Person-Organization Fit' refers to the compatibility between individuals and the organizations they work for, based on the alignment of their values and behaviors. It predicts how well employees adjust, perform, and remain satisfied within an organization.
