In my opinion, women can exist in the death korps. However, since average males have a physical advantage over females making them the bulk of the army. On the other hand, other sources state that women are only used to work in the factories alongside children and men not worthy of becoming soldiers.

The Death Korps of Krieg are Imperial Guard Regiments raised from the world of Krieg. Notoriously grim and fatalistic warriors, they seek to atone for their planet's past rebellion by dying glorious deaths in service to the Imperium.
Own design miniature - the first character from a series of Panzer Girls, a driver-mechanic. There are not much info about the internal ways of the Kriegs. So we make an assumption on women in servis among Tank Corps (often found in modern armies). We finished this miniature before the war started.
In "dead men walking" the commisar attached to a krieg regiment vaguley remembers visiting their planet and seeing great vaults underground of drugged up women basically used as baby-making machines. Don't know if that's cannon but always found it pretty dark.
