  3. 19 maj 2022 · Have you heard of DeadFred? It’s a cool website and Facebook page for searching our lost family history in photos. We can contribute photos and also search for what others have contributed. We might find a missing photo of a relative. Even better, it is free.

  4. Photographs of California soldiers who fought in WWI are in this database. This collection of over 4,000 records is held by the California State Library and each image is accompanied by a residential address for the soldier at that time.

  6. Are you familiar with the website Dead Fred? Isn’t that a great name? I’ve known about this site for some years but I don’t remember to use it often, however, I recently came into a couple of bags of vintage postcards, and mixed in were old photos, unidentified of course.
