There are currently thirteen bosses in the game: the base game has the Concierge, Conjunctivius, the Time Keeper and the Hand of the King. The Rise of the Giant RotG, the first DLC adds the Giant and a true final boss, 5 BSC exclusive boss.
Giant is the easiest boss if you have big DPS, equal to Concierge. You'll have to dodge 2-3 at most with a strong build. Maybe you completed Scarecrow and Mama Tick on low BC, but on 4 BC+ they are really hard. Scarecrow's attack speed overwhelms you, has huge dps and destroys your rally while Mama Tick's randomness always fucks you up.

The Hand of the King is currently the usual final boss present in the game, on most difficulties. He is found in the Throne Room. In 1+ BSC, the Hand of the King goes straight to the second phase...
To access the Boss Rush, one needs to encounter at least 3 bosses (one Tier 1, one Tier 2, and one Tier 3). Though accessing the 3rd & 4th trial that contain 5 bosses instead of 3, one needs to encounter at least 5 bosses (two Tier 1, two Tier 2, and one Tier 3).
