My girlfriend and I live in a DBC rental and we love it. The owners are SO so friendly and always quick to help with repairs or anything that might go wrong with the place you rent! The price is also very enticing, as we pay $1080/mo but that’s with utilities, internet, cable, etc. included.

Check out DBC rentals. I believe you will find the price fairly equal to your current. Utilities are included. You can choose from one or two bed room apartments, townhouses, and duplexes. They are fairly strict on checking credit but pet friendly and good landlords. Columbia Mo rentals has some nice duplex housing on the north side of town.
