its telling you the exact error. go into settings and make sure DayZ Standalone Path is correct. Then, don't use dayzsalauncher since its trash. Steam->Library->Home->DayZ->Right Click Play ->Play DayZ -> MODS. If anything is selected, Click "Unload All". Add a filter if you want.
