20 sty 2020 · There are so many different inputs in the main dolphin wii control settings to set it up, i wouldnt have a clue what to use. And when i go to play a wii game, its just all out of wack. Its like i dont have enough buttons on my ps4 controller to set it up to be able to use a notmal controller.
What controller is recommended to play Wii games on dolphin? Also, how to configure the controller as well. The recommended controller for Wii games is an Original Wiimote with Motion Plus. Most games are designed specifically with the Wiimote in mind.

And I wanted to use my ps4 controllers through USB on USB loader GX, to play classic the retro games I have installed by WAD, but also wii games where there aren't motion controls involved? Also any general advice about things that have changed/improved?
You are trying to play the Wii version of Twilight Princess with a GameCube controller. That's not possible, as the Wii version is controlled with a Wiimote + Nunchuck. You can try to map the DS4 to Wiimote + Nunchuck.

Just drag and drop the "GalaxyGamepad.ini" into your "Dolphin Emulator\Config\Profiles\Wiimote" folder, then enable the GalaxyGamepad profile in the WiiMote configuration menu in Dolphin. How it works in game:
