21 cze 2019 · There doesn't seem to be a driver premade, but this is an old instrument (1981) with primitive commands that you can easily send over GPIB. You'll probably want to use VISA in LabVIEW. 3 sty 2023 · Don't know what you paid but that's a great score- first class calibrator. Basic spec is 10 ppm and 1 ppm/C drift which is 5 digits worst case. You generally want a standard to be 10x of your DUT so you're probably shy of 6-1/2 digits technically.
Many of the GPIB devices are no longer supported on Windows 10 machines and there is only one driver that works on LV2020 and it is not on the hardware table so you have to go the read me link from the download page.
