Hello, try Quest Completist, Grail/wholly or BTWQuests and the wowhead quest tracker (on their website, not an add-on per se). The three addons all have their pros and cons.
To get access to Linda Deepwater, you must complete Cesi Loosecannon's quest line. It's very short (3 or 4 quests.) Also do the quest for Klause Fairwind. Completing both of these will open the flight path too.
