Game is no longer stable and crashes with various types of errors when using SPU LLVM - unhandled exception popups, mem access freezes, "sys_spu_thread_group_join' failed" errors, etc. This occurs in menus, during cutscenes, first fight or making your way to Death battle.
21 paź 2020 · To be clear, the game will lock up, the audio will still play normally, but performance overlays will freeze and the emulator needs to be restarted. Logs: There are no "good" log files but here is the freeze occurring at 4 of the 15+ builds I have tested.
Try to test some settings. New one - is "asynchronous texture streaming" on GPU tab. It potentially can remove fps drops using more GPU resources (I guess 1080 is powerful enough). Maybe play with SPU block size (CPU tab)...
9 mar 2020 · Things are not always simple fixes either, and developers might be working on other things. It's easy to just sit and point that an issue is not fixed. Check @kd-11 latest PR #8367 to see if any changes or improvements made to the graphical bugs. It looks like you are using master, not the PR build. Just double checked tho, and both issues remain.
when hell freezes over... Next time you have an issue on llvm you can also try accurate xfloat to see if it fixes it. Change PPu interpreter to fast, then SPU Recompiler to LLVM, also preferred SPU threads -2 along with SPU block size = safe.

2 wrz 2015 · Edit: Turns out the game does save/load after all With Vulkan, the game runs well, but FMVs and menus are colored blue. Gameplay is fullspeed, though some effect is blocking visuals (maybe the same thing causing grayscale in OpenGL?).
