In my single player game i built on the outcrop directly north of the hidden lake, next to the beach. Easily defendable against the occasional rex, a crap load of space that is not too difficult to build on and easy access to the beavers and other goodies in the hidden lake itself.
8 lut 2017 · Here's a step-by-step guide for building a base at Hidden Lake. The guide assumes you have a raft, decent equipment, and a Pteradon. 1) Sail raft close to Hidden Lake. 2) Pteradon somehow disapears off the raft during trip. 3) Create more tranq arrows to tame a replacement Pteradon.
8 maj 2016 · The Hidden Lake section of the map is very nearby, significantly lower altitude than the surrounding mountainous areas (that will be getting the tundra treatment), and could easily be contained in the same weather/spacial anomaly that maintains Death Island (called Dead Island on wiki).
