16 mar 2017 · I am on my third Milwaukee M12/M18 model 48-59-1812 charger. I realize the manual says no serviceable parts. I have taken them apart and I don't see any blow resistors, capacitors, etc. Does anyone have any experience with these? Is there a common failure in these? Thanks. 't.
21 mar 2020 · I have attached images of the charger circuit board herewith. It's not charging from yesterday, so I opened it up only to find some dust and debris around the components. Then cleaned everything up using cleaner still no luck.
25 paź 2024 · Charger Shows Full Power, But No Charging; There’s an odd issue with some Milwaukee M18 batteries. When you put them on the charger, the light turns solid green, which indicates a full battery. When you check the battery itself though, it’s clear that it has no power in it. It doesn’t power any tools either, obviously.
26 paź 2021 · Check output diode, Optocoupler and cap beside the transformer. If the transistor blow up, could be several factor including Output diode shorted.
