as the owner of all skins in the game except for things like black alistar, i can safely say my favorite riven skins to use are. OG Bunny - Very clean. Prestige Valiant - Very shiny, but simple shiny. Spirit Blossom - Chromas really bring out a lot on it, and its not over the top, very like "show off" skin.
My skin replaces the base, so you need to select the base for it to work. If you select Redeemed, you will have a Redeemed Riven with my particle effects.
