23 wrz 2004 · I've owned, tried, and played a LOT of tubas over the years, but I am blown away by this PT6. * Response is very quick; such an easy tuba to pick up and play across the entire range. * Low register is easy and very open for a rotary tuba. * Tone is clear and focused, but with a good deal of presence.

22 gru 2023 · Reviews tend to be mixed. Most are favorable about the tone, but durability of the plastic is sometimes an issue, and there are a lot of complaints about several different aspects of the valves. A second one is Cool Wind CTU-190. It is 3/4 size BBb tuba with four piston valves.
7 mar 2021 · What follows is a list of every factory and/or custom shop I can think of off the top of my head that's is both currently in business as of present day, and is currently making tubas. I'm only doing this because I'm sure I'm missing some and I'd love for the rest of y'all to fill in the gaps for me.
13 sie 2020 · Thomann sells music instruments of several brands. The Thomann-named tubas are chinese as far as i know.
For an economical, high quality educational instrument, I do not believe there are better quality b tubas available than the Sanders line of Etude, Conservatory, and Imperial tubas. Tuba intonation, especially in the lower register, is always improved with a purchase of a four-valve model.
