Customer Service responded quickly to my concerns. I purchased this seat cushion for my home and office and was unable to use it. This is a larger cushion and would be appropriate for a chair that was big enough. I would check the size of the cushion and your chair prior to purchasing it.
I’m having it custom built by Monarch Sofas. It is a single cushion, bench style seat. The cushion dimensions are 88” wide, 22” deep and about 5-6” thick. The seat cover has a zipper for easy replacement. The frame is solid alder with high quality sinuous springs. Both carry a lifetime warranty.
Just ordered and received three replacement couch cushions from Foam Factory (foambymail on the web) and had a great experience. Ordered the high quality lux foam for firmness and it IS firm (esp. compared to the ten+ year old ones being replaced). Specifed custom cut size with batting and cushions were exactly size ordered.
