Most complaints with these companies are about delayed delivery or damage during delivery. I get it, because if I invested thousands of dollars in a sofa that’s supposed to be delivered in a 6-8 weeks, but shows up 5 months later, I’d be pissed off.

Still seems to be a higher end product, but a lot of the reviews I see are complaints about their service after the sale. Seems to be a better product than what you'd find at Ashley or Rooms to Go stores, but maybe not quite as reliable as Flexsteel in that price range and level of quality.
The furniture is very stylish and incredibly comfortable. I tried Ashley, Sealy, Bassett, Apt2B and a few local places. NONE were as versatile in selection, the prices were comparable and the quality is as good if not better.
