The link that is provided takes me to a forum post where an admin answered a question about Linux support from 2020. I suppose what you want to link is to the official CurseForge download here. This is still in Alpha. Which is why World of Warcraft is the only thing supported.

I'm running Ubuntu 22.04, and trying to install modpacks from curseforge with something called Multi-MC 5. I did some research on this, and everything says that I should just do "create new instance > import from zip > drop modpack > play".
