Access to information is controlled through secure activation codes, personal usernames, and passwords. Each person controls their password, and the account must be accessed using that password. On the MyChart mobile app, you can also log in using face ID or fingerprint login.

When asked to enter your verification code, click Reset your authenticator app. Copy the secret key (which is a long text code). Switch from the Patient Access app to your authenticator app.
