12 kwi 2011 · I am looking for a list of Cube 2 Sauerbraten game mods/total conversions. The one I have is not very new and lots of mods listed there didnt reach release state. Below is a list of fps mods/games with at least a release candidate:
Cube 2: Sauerbraten is a multiplayer/singleplayer FPS freeware game project. The source code for the engine used in these games is Open Source (ZLIB licence, read the "License" section below carefully before starting ANY kind of project based on this engine).
Cube 2: Sauerbraten uses a 6-directional heightfield (or octree) world model. An octree, in Sauerbraten, is a cube that can be split into eight smaller cubes; those smaller cubes are also octrees, and can be subdivided further. This allows much more complex level geometry and easier editing.
