7 gru 2023 · For years, CTRL-SHFT-F9 has been used to remove all links in a WORD document at once. But in Windows 11, the keyboard shortcut now logs you out of Windows. I remove links very often - but only log out once a day. Why did Microsoft create such a problem?! Does anyone know of a fix?
9 wrz 2015 · I'm trying to remove all hyperlinks in a document but pressing on the shortcut keys for this, Ctrl+Shift+F9 has the same effect as pressing on F9 - it switches off the screen back-light. Any ideas? (FYI I've just bought my computer and switched from pre-installed Windows 8.1 to 10.)
13 gru 2012 · There is a hot-key for removing hyperlinks in a text selection in Microsoft Office, since Office 97. Select the block of text. Press Ctrl + Shift + F9. Note: depending on your keyboard layout/configuration, you may also need to hold Fn in order to get F9 to work.
19 wrz 2020 · There are several ways you can approach this problem. One of the easiest ways is to simply change how you paste your information. If you do a simple Ctrl+V to paste, then Word tries to retain as much of the formatting and other attributes of the original text as it can, including hyperlinks.
Remove all hyperlinks at the same time. If you're using Word, Outlook, or Excel, you can remove all hyperlinks in a file by using a keyboard shortcut. In Word and Outlook: Press Ctrl+A to select all text. Press Ctrl+Shift+F9. In Excel: Select all cells that contain hyperlinks, or press Ctrl+A to select all cells.
7 wrz 2018 · F9 F9: Update a field. This is the same as right-clicking a field and choosing the "Update Field" command. Shift+F9: Reveal a field's code. Ctrl+F9: Insert new Empty Field {} braces. Ctrl+Shift+F9: Unlink a field. Alt+F9: Toggle the display of a field's code.
Ctrl+Shift+F9 - Unlink fields - converts all qualifying fields in the selection into hard text; once this action is done, the field can't be updated any more. Alt+Shift+F9 - Do field click - alternative to double - clicking MacroButton and GoToButton fields.
