PTF themes work on official and custom firmware while CTF themes only work on custom firmware with the CXMB plugin. Themes listed work on 6.60 and 6.61. To set up CXMB see this page.
31 sty 2021 · This is a specially designed theme to customize the XMB UI to look like a PS3 in a portable form. Though this will NOT actually convert your PSP into a PS3, this theme gives it that look that makes it impressive to not only you but as well to impress your friends.
The following CTF themes are tested working on 6.61 LME 2.3 with Infinity. You will need to setup the CXMB plugin to use these themes. Some themes listed here have minimal problems like text or icon clipping, or some Japanese text but I have included them since it’s nothing major.

CXMB universal is a plugin that allows users to use custom CTF themes, without the risk of flashing. It is a modified/updated version of CXMB, orginally made by Poison.
