EFI would be a HUGE improvement, along with ignition control. I would start with the exhaust system though - HIGHLY restrictive in stock form. But the turbo itself will limit power. Supposedly, it is the same size turbo that Ford used on the 2.3 liter SVO turbo 4-bangers back in the day. Nice ride my friend.
