Why? This change to school day dismissal times creates: • Additional four-day weeks • Instructional days that are the same length at elementary, middle and high school • Designated teacher-directed staff workdays, parent/teacher conference days and campus collaboration days • Additional time for high school students traveling
District Calendars. Developing Crowley ISD’s school calendar is a collaborative process and takes several months to finalize. Prior to approval by the School Board, input is gathered from parents, teachers, principals, district administrators and the District-Wide Education Improvement Council (DWEIC). 2024-25
