I found the solution that fixed it. Update your windows 10 after thats done go to intel update your drivets (google update intel drivers) click on the download. Follow the steps and offset should now work.

22 wrz 2018 · I dusted off my Cricut Expression last night and wanted to use it with Windows 10 but unfortunately it doesn't get recognized and needs a driver. In the past I used SCAL2 and it just worked, but even though I've installed that again i'm still having no luck.
