Unfortunately I don't have crewed catamarans in my fleet but one excellent monohull with great crew (Sun Odyssey 52.2) that can go Split - Dubrovnik or other way around. You will be able to see this yacht on many charter agents' web sites worldwide and ask them for their recommendation on that yacht & crew or on my company.

We consider catamaran MALA to be one of the best crewed yachts on the Adriatic. In so many ways, they offer a perfect set up: - The crew, Zoki and Sanja (they also own the boat) are outstanding.
