4 lis 2024 · The Village of Crestline Mayor’s Court is responsible for hearing misdemeanors and traffic violations in Ohio communities with no municipal court of record and populations of more than 200 people. Mayor’s court hearings are held before the mayor or an appointed magistrate.
In accordance with Rules 3 and 4 of the “Mayor’s Court Education and Procedure Rules,” a mayor or magistrate conducting a mayor’s court (other than a retired judge or sitting magistrate of a court of record) must complete the following educational requirements:
