This is an update to the review I posted a few weeks ago regarding the poor customer service I received from Creationl. I actually received a phone call from a member of their senior leadership regarding my complaint against their service. I must have been on the phone for over 30 minutes.

Today I received a refund of $23.24. When I contacted C/S to find out why there was such a difference in the price I was made aware of the way they handle refunds (which I didn't find in writing prior to shipping my items back).
